Offcut Media is a content and community growth service providing video editing, thumbnail design, content strategy, and Skool community management to coaches, educators, and content creators. The business is operated by an individual service provider and is not a registered company.

Payment Information

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive, store, or have access to your card number, CVV, or expiry date. Stripe collects and processes your payment data directly under their own privacy policy.

Payment Processing — Stripe

We use Stripe, Inc. to process all payments. When you complete a purchase:

• Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified interface
• We never see, receive, or store your card number, CVV, or expiry date
• Stripe processes your data under their own Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy
• Stripe is an independent data processor for payment data

Email Communications

If you provide your email address to enquire about our services or request updates, we store your contact information in a private internal spreadsheet (Google Sheets) used solely for business communication purposes. Specifically:

• We do not share this contact list with third-party marketing platforms
• We do not send unsolicited marketing emails
• You may request removal from our contact list at any time by emailing hello@offcut.media
• Removal requests are processed within 5 business days

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Stripe — for payment processing, as described above
• Legal authorities — when required by applicable law, court order, or government regulation

Payment data processed by Stripe may be transferred internationally in accordance with Stripe's own data transfer mechanisms and Privacy Policy.
