Getting Started
We review your YouTube channel or Skool community in depth — content structure, thumbnails, titles, hooks, upload consistency, and community engagement. You receive a detailed written breakdown identifying the specific gaps costing you growth. No generic tips. No sales pitch disguised as advice. Whether you hire us or not, the audit is yours to keep.
Yes, and we encourage it. Most clients start with one or two videos to experience the quality and workflow before scaling up. There's no minimum commitment and no pressure to sign a retainer upfront. When you're ready, we'll build a package that matches your output volume.
For new projects we send a brief that covers: your channel goals, preferred editing style (with reference examples), any brand guidelines you have, and file delivery preferences. Once we have that, we can usually start within 48 hours of receiving your raw footage.
Yes. We work with coaches and creators in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and across Europe. All coordination is async — email, shared Google Drive, and a simple feedback tool. Timezone has never caused a missed deadline. You'll always know exactly when your content is due.
Turnaround & Delivery
Long-form video edits (20–60 min): 3–5 business days. Shorts and clips: 24–48 hours. Thumbnails and design assets: 24–36 hours. Retainer clients get priority slots with predictable weekly delivery windows — we build your content calendar together so you always know what's coming and when.
Shared Google Drive folders — one folder per project, organised from the start. We set up the structure on our end and share it with you. Upload your raw files when you're ready and we take it from there. For very large files (4K, multi-camera), we can also work with Frame.io or WeTransfer.
MP4 (H.264 or H.265) at your target resolution — 1080p or 4K. Platform-specific exports are included: standard 16:9 for YouTube, vertical 9:16 for Shorts and Reels, and square 1:1 if needed. Thumbnail files are delivered as PNG at 1280×720. You receive publish-ready files, not project files.
Pricing & Payment
One-off projects are priced per deliverable — use the pricing calculator on our homepage for an instant estimate. Monthly retainers are scoped to your volume and platform mix. Retainers are always cheaper per deliverable than one-off pricing because we build your content flow into our schedule, which saves us time and passes that saving to you.
For one-off projects: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. For retainers: the full monthly fee is collected at the start of each billing cycle via Stripe. All payments are processed securely — we don't store your card details. If you're not happy with the first deliverable, we'll revise it until it's right before asking for the final payment.
14-day refund window from your payment date, provided work hasn't started. Once editing, design, or any substantive work has commenced, refunds are not available — at that point, hours have been invested in your project and we stand behind the quality of that work. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Yes. Give us 14 days' written notice before your next billing date and we'll stop the retainer without penalty. There are no lock-in contracts. If you need to pause rather than cancel — for a break, travel, or a busy season — we can accommodate that too. Just let us know in advance.
Quality & Revisions
Typically 2 rounds for long-form edits, 1 round for Shorts and design assets. Revision counts are confirmed in your SOW before we start. That said, in practice most clients need fewer than the included rounds — because we ask detailed brief questions upfront and we do a quality check before sending the first cut. Additional rounds are available at a flat rate if you need them.
Tell us specifically what isn't working and we revise it within the agreed revision rounds. If after the included revisions you're still not happy and the issue is on our end (not a change to the original brief), we'll continue working until it's right. We'd rather spend an extra hour getting it right than have a client publish something they're not proud of.
No. We work with footage from any camera — iPhone, DSLR, mirrorless, action cameras, or screen recordings. Common formats (MP4, MOV, MKS, MXF) all work fine. If you're using a more obscure format, let us know when you book and we'll confirm compatibility before you send anything.
Working Together
YouTube (long-form and Shorts), Instagram Reels, TikTok, Skool, and general digital publishing — newsletters, course platforms, websites. If you publish content anywhere, we can produce and optimise it. We're also experienced with Skool community management specifically, which most editors aren't.
Yes. If you need a formal NDA before sharing any materials — especially if you're discussing unreleased content, business strategies, or sensitive channel data — we're happy to sign one. Our standard engagement already includes a confidentiality clause (see our Terms of Service), but a separate NDA is available on request.
Yes. Send us 2–3 of your best-performing videos as style references and we'll match the pacing, colour grading, caption style, and energy. If you have motion graphics templates or existing assets, send those too. By the third video, most clients say the edit is indistinguishable from their own.
By default, we reserve the right to show completed deliverables in our portfolio and case studies (as covered in our Terms of Service). If you'd prefer your work not be shown publicly — for strategic or competitive reasons — let us know before the project starts and we'll keep it confidential.
